CANCELLATION POLICY

To cancel an order you have placed with Harvey Pratt Art, you must contact customer support by email (info@HarveyPratt.com) or by phone (405-396-3372). Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.

When contacting customer support to cancel an order, please be ready to provide your name, the order number, and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).

SHIPPING POLICY

We send our art USPS Priority Mail shipping to the 50 US states. Original paintings will be shipped stretched. Original paintings already framed will be indicated in the cart. Otherwise, the frame is not included.  Limited edition prints, giclee prints on print paper and giclee prints on canvas will be mailed rolled. You can expect your order to arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.

Photographs(s) are of actual item(s) offered. Image(s) are the property of the seller. We try to be as accurate as possible with our photographs; however, color tones and hues may vary slightly based on lighting and your computer monitor settings.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

We guarantee all of our items to be exactly as described. Should you require additional information or photos before you make your purchasing choice, we will be more than happy to assist you. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase as a result of a mistake that we have made, we request that you notify us within 24 hours of item receipt to arrange for a return. We use delivery confirmation or package tracking on all of our shipments and consider the date delivered to be the date received.

Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Item must be returned in the exact condition received.

Refunds are for purchase price only and do not include postage expenses. We do not have a restocking fee.

RETURN POLICY

For us to give a refund after the sale, the item must remain in the identical and exact condition as it was sent to you. If you alter the condition in any way, we will not take it back or offer any refund.
